Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE: During November & December shipping routes can get clogged up and have excessive delays.  Please be prepared to wait for your parcel a bit longer than normal.

**Any Free Plus Shipping Items on our site do not qualify for refunds, unless received damaged, or broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified.**

**Any Custom Printed Items on our site do not qualify for a refund. However, you are welcome to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us

That said, we want you to be happy!  So here's more:

We hate making you wait.  

If an item takes more than 60 days to arrive**, we will refund you.

You may be asked to provide proof that the item arrived after 60 days.  Our team will then review the refund request. If we approve it, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

** Not applicable if delay is caused by postal strikes.

If the item arrives broken, defective or damaged, we will refund you. 

You may be asked to provide proof that the item is either broken or damaged. Our team will then review the refund request. If we approve it, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the items is not as described & ordered (wrong color, wrong size)

If the item is not as described & ordered by you (this includes wrong color and wrong size), we will refund you. And you can keep the item, as a token of apology for the mistake we made sending you the wrong color or wrong size.

You may be asked to provide proof that the item received is not as described. Our team will then review the refund request. If we approve it, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please make sure you select the correct item and size when placing your order

Note: If we sent you the right color/size you ordered but you want to exchange it for whatever reason, you can always return the item and place a new order.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
